Yes, a river runs through the valley! The Walla Walla Valley and surrounding area has a rich resource of streams and rivers ideally suited for the angler desiring to test his or her fly fishing skills. Our creeks and rivers offer abundant opportunities to challenge and hone one’s skills with the potential of a memorable fishing experience casting for trout, smallmouth bass, and steelhead. Much of the water we fish is non-stocked and holds wild fish. We specialize in both individual and group instruction.
Spend anywhere from two hours to two full tranquil days fishing the unique streams of the Blue Mountain Basin. We provide the rod, reel, waders, flies and leaders – it’s up to you to get the fish! Your guide, Skip Pritchard, is an Orvis Endorsed Guide and is a certified Federation of Fly Fishers instructor. Skip grew up with a fishing rod in his hand and spent 20 years in Colorado as an instructor and guide before finding his way to fly-fishing paradise here in Walla Walla.
